You find yourself here in a place where food and feelings connect. Make yourself at home. There will be recipes yes, and hopefully some other helpful things along the way. But this is also space to discuss other parts of life.

I wanted a place to write where I can be free to share whatever is in my head. A lot of the time it’s what I’m eating next, but often it’s also something more.

There’s lots of recipes from my previous blog uploaded if you’d like to delve into them too. Have a dig and see what you can find.

My hope is for this to be a place for us to connect, chat and share. And let’s face it, a place to make you hungry.
